Becoming vulnerable and taking a risk, Khari is sharing the art that has helped him through difficult times. He continues to break through every barrier he faces as a creative and a father. Khari serves as a motivator and sets an example for those who look up to him for guidance and inspiration.
For Khari, creating art is his way of dealing with his demons. By painting them, he makes them visible and easier to face. He allows his art to speak for itself.
He states “I have been questioned about the content of my work and given the fact that I was brought up in a Christian family, people wonder if I am a saint or sinner”
