"Rusty Riders" Gentle Beginners Ride

Join our instructor Karen, on a gentle ride for beginners to help build confidence getting around Yate.

Please note:

• the sessions are only open to adults (age 16+)
• rides will be 45-60mins at a gentle pace
• places are limited so you must book and let us know that you are coming
• you must bring a road worthy bike, if you are unsure please attend a Dr Bike session at the Hub first to have your ride checked over (see the dates on our social media and website)
• You should be able to ride your bike, make hand signals and turns
• for insurance purposes we recommend you wear a helmet
• The rides will start and end at Esquires Cafe BS37 4FT
