Our practice is an opportunity to explore, to get curious about how we use our bodies, do you rush to expression without foundation?Throughout this class we’ll tap into the deep power of our core. We’ve all heard about the core, but just what is it, and how do we engage it? Core strength is the vital force that holds you steady in your asana, keeps you upright in your standing poses, lends vitality in backbends, enables you to maintain balance and supports you in your daily life.
When you begin to engage the core with a multidimensional understanding you will find that you can strengthen your back, abs, thighs, the whole body and develop a deeper connection to yourself.
During this class Zoe will also be bringing awareness to your hip stability.
How do you meet the earth? Learn how to grow your roots from a strong foundation. We’ll find the balance between Stirha (effort) and Sukha (ease) as we work on establishing a new foundation of strength and connection.
