Let's celebrate and honour what it means to be here, in this wild and uncertain now, in a body, through a soul. Let's explore it together with music, movement, and hopefully some silliness and sweat. Inmar is excited to share a journey of dark and light, lows and highs, simplicity and complexity and a big dollop of unadulterated joy.

In 2021 Inmar retired from building self-driving cars to collect tasty, textured tunes of different lands and people and to build stories with beats. She danced and played ecstatic dance sets on the dusty playa, remote volcanic islands, and war-torn zones but Ecstatic Dance Toronto is home, where it all began, where she fell in love with ecstatic dance and with you all, and she is beyond thrilled to be here with you. Let's share the beauty of music and movement, which makes everything make a little more sense...

They say that once each year,

as the veil between worlds grows thin,

a whisper moves through the northern winds.

It is the voice of She, the Good Witch of Dreams —

She who tends the space between waking and becoming.

From her dwelling at the edge of the unseen,

She calls to those whose hearts are stirring…

to those who feel the tremor of something ending,

and the quiet pull of what longs to be born.

Her message is not shouted, but dreamt.

It comes in fragments —

in the hush before sleep,

in the flicker of a candle,

in the way the air seems to shimmer when night falls.

She calls you now.

On the eve of October 30,

She gathers the seekers, the dancers, the dreamers —

those ready to shed old skins

and rise renewed into the next turning of the cycle.

Come as the one you are becoming.

Come adorned in the reflection of your transformation —

mystic, wanderer, ancestor, shadow, or light.

Bring only what is true.

Together we will cross the threshold,

casting into the night what no longer serves,

and summoning from within

the dreams that wish to take form.

This is not a night of endings.

It is a night of return —

to the deep well of creation,

where She waits with open hands,

whispering:

Info: Dare to enter the decrepit old mansion, pass the gate keeper and settle in. Hugs and enchantment upon arrival. Slip off your shoes and make some room for yourself on the foggy floor.

Info: Warm-up with dancing, prancing, games + breath, creating a safe space for your Spirit to rise. She will cast her spell for the night.

Info: Travel through a time warp with DJ Ulla from Mars. Step into sensual non-sense and the known unknown. Allow the music to guide your transformation.

Info: As the spell slowly dissipates, notice the inner shift. Let yourself sink sweetly into the true power of who you are.
