On Saturday, September 21st, 2025 Level Up Gaming will be presenting a "Move to Contact" (Created by Chad Underdonk of Hard Knox Games) styled 40 point Team Yankee Tournament.The Tournament Organizer for this event will be Jason Leonard.
The event cost will be $10 and can be signed up for on the day of the event.
The tournament will consist of three 40 point games, each with a 70 minute period of play on a 48"x48" table. The missions have been custom created for quick, small, intense games. We highly recommend that prospective players review the missions listed in the discussion for this event and give them a thorough reading and playtesting so they will be best prepared for the tournament. This will be an open tournament, and will NOT be using a red vs blue format. All tables will be provided.

Each player should create a 40 point dynamic, LEGAL, formation from any of the available Team Yankee books. The formation must include all black box units. As part of their formation players may not choose any aircraft, if a unit would normally be allocated Helicopter Transports the unit can be used without the helicopters with no further discount. Instead of Deep Reserves the Team Yankee Tournament will be using MOBILE RESERVES. MOBILE RESERVES require that players may not have more than one infantry unit on the table during deployment, all other infantry must be in reserve. Each player list will also get a free Observer unit from their formation and a free ARTILLERY SUPPORT BARRAGE unit, neither of which will count against your reserves. Also note that in a 40 point force the maximum number of points that will start on the board is 24 points (60% of the available total). Since this is a small game we will not use the "ignore the 1st destroyed platoon" for victory points rule. All battles will be played with daytime rules.
Players should bring 4 copies of their list on the day of the tournament, there will be no printer available at the event.
