Enjoy the Spanish flamenco experience in Sheffield!!!!
Get ready to explore the Flamenco Roots and it's amazing art, feel the music, body expression, clapping technique, footwork.
Tangos are a lively and accessible flamenco style (or palo) with a 4/4 time signature. It is known for its cheerful and catchy character. The flamenco "tangos" are distinct from the Argentine tango and are characterized by a rhythmic, sharp guitar strumming, a 4/4 beat, and lyrical verses. The dance allows for expressive and brilliant movements, and it incorporates footwork, hip rolls, flowing arm gestures, and rhythmic finger snaps.
It is a unique and exciting experience in Sheffield!
*Suitable for all levels.
*Recommended wear hard-soled shoes, comfortable & loose clothing wide skirt if possible for the ladies.
*Please bring water and a smile!
