Join the Motor City Mitten Mission for the exclusive Red-Carpet Movie Premiere of "No Address."

The Motor City Mitten Mission is excited to present the Red Carpet Premiere of "No Address" on February 27, 2025, a day before its national release. This impactful film highlights the difficult realities of homelessness in America, showcasing the resilience, challenges, and aspirations of those without a permanent home. Featuring an All-Star Cast including William Baldwin, Xander Berkeley, Beverly D'Angelo, Ashanti, Lucas Jade Zumann, Isabella Ferreira, Patricia Velasquez, Kristanna Loken, and Ty Pennington, "No Address" is produced by Robert Craig Films and aims to motivate viewers to support local nonprofits.

The event will take place at the Emagine Royal Oak Theater, with a Special VIP Pre-Party starting at 6pm, a Q&A at 7:15pm, followed by the Movie Screening at 7:30pm. Attendees will get an exclusive preview of "No Address" while learning about the essential work the Motor City Mitten Mission does daily to aid individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Metro Detroit.

In partnership with Robert Craig Films, the Motor City Mitten Mission seeks to raise awareness of the struggles faced by the homeless and encourage community action. As part of the Big 5 GIVEBACK initiative, 50% of net profits from "No Address" productions will be donated to nonprofits addressing homelessness, including the Motor City Mitten Mission.

Our MCMM Street Outreach team operates 365 days a year, bringing all the social services provided by shelters or drop-in centers directly to those unsheltered and unable to navigate chronic homelessness alone. Our goals include building trust to engage clients in our services, developing treatment plans, providing food and basic needs, and offering referrals for services beyond our scope. The MCMM Street Outreach Team also provides regular responses and interventions for law enforcement, medical facilities, schools, and other groups to ensure the homeless in crisis receive compassionate treatment and necessary resources. The MCMM Transitional Support Services program supports individuals and families transitioning from homelessness to housing and those at risk of becoming homeless. We work closely with clients and housing providers to ensure a smooth transition into housing while advocating for necessary supportive services from housing providers and other entities. One of our main services is delivering household furnishings, items, and groceries free of charge to ensure clients have a comfortable new home.
