About this Event
Loaded with classic routes and itineraries, ‘Moose On The Loose’ turns Ontario into your very own playground for camping, hiking, swimming, and paddling fun. Stand tall at the edge of the world, visit the Flowerpots, and discover sunken shipwrecks aboard a glass bottom boat ('Moose On The Loose' visits Algonquin Provincial Park, Six Mile Lake Provincial Park, Bruce Peninsula National Park & Fathom Five National Marine Park).
No guest preparation is needed, no equipment, not even a sleeping bag/ pad, or pillow. Lake Fever offers budget travelers free transportation, camp-cooked meals, and good old fashioned campfires, but *please be advised, on this particular tour guests will be expected to share in cooking/dishes duties at least once (also, all meals, aside from restaurants, will be vegetarian).* Sightseers can enjoy access to the Canadian wilderness for a unique opportunity that would otherwise take a lot of planning and money to arrange (not to worry, first-timers will learn the basics of camping).
PICKUP: 2280 Dundas St. W. in downtown Toronto (Loblaws Parking lot). Look for the Lake Fever branded tour van and trailer to come rolling into the parking lot at around 7:45am.
