Join us as we “March Into Spring” and explore the nocturnal wonders of nature under the glow of the moon and stars. This guided hike will lead participants along scenic trails as the refuge awakens from winter’s slumber.Listen for the hoots of owls, the rustle of nocturnal creatures, and maybe even the chorus of frogs emerging from their winter hideaways. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share insights into the unique behaviors of wildlife during this transformative time of year and the importance of protecting their habitats.
Perfect for nature lovers of all ages, this family-friendly event invites you to experience the beauty of spring’s arrival in a truly unique way. Don’t forget to bring a flashlight, sturdy shoes, and your sense of adventure!
This family-friendly event is perfect for adventurers aged 8 and up who are eager to explore and learn. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. This program begins at 7:00pm and runs 1hr+ depending on our findings, not to exceed 90 minutes. Ages 8+ please. $15/adult, $10/child. Members save 10%! 20 participants maximum. Advanced registration required.
