Welcome to the "Love from the Inside Out" Couple's Workshop!

Come join us for a day filled with love, connection, and growth at our in-person workshop, designed to help couples deepen their bond, enhance communication, and rediscover the joy of being together.

Through a series of fun interactive exercises and meaningful discussions, you and your partner will learn how to nurture your relationship from the inside out. Whether you're newlyweds, have been together for years, or are not married at this time, this workshop is perfect for any couple looking to strengthen their connection.

Sophia holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in marriage & family therapy. She is a therapist, a certified life coach, a meditation practitioner, and a speaker. She has been working in service to people since 1992 in various coaching, counseling, and supervisory positions, seeking to guide others in creating the reality they desire. www.mytherapistsophia.com

Steven holds a PhD in Humanitarianism and is a 3 xxx Grammy and ASCAP award-winning producer/singer/songwriter who started his career as a lead singer of the platinum-selling R&B group TROOP. Throughout the last three decades, he has gone on to successfully write and produce for numerous artists in the music industry. While he has achieved many of his aspirations, Steven openly discusses the challenges he faced on his journey, and how he learned to put his life back in order many times.
