Living in a Sacred World - A Heart of the Buddha Public Talk and Live Stream with Francesca Fremantle
Francesca Fremantle, author of Luminous Emptiness and co-author with Trungpa Rinpoche of The Tibetan Book of the Dead is a senior Longchen teacher who studied under Rigdzin Shikpo Rinpoche for many years. We are delighted that Francesca has agreed to give another Heart of the Buddha teaching - Living in a Sacred World
We will gather from 12.30pm UK time and will start meditating together at 1pm after which Francesca's teaching will commence. There will be a tea break in the afternoon.
This event takes place in-person at St. Margaret's Institute, 30 Polstead Rd., Oxford OX2 6TN, so this is a wonderful opportunity to meet other Longchen Foundation members as well as practise and learn together. There is also an option to view the event via Zoom.
