As children we are affected by words and actions of others be it positive or negative by parent's, siblings, teacher's peers etc.
I shall take you through a guided meditation, cutting the cords that still bind you to the past, helping you to embark on your journey of self-discovery, nurturing the inner child, enabling you to stand in YOUR OWN POWER helping you moving forward.
