OUR SPEAKER
Mr. Frank Schepers is an industrial recycling and sustainability expert. With over 30 years of experience in industrial recycling, Frank has distinguished himself in managing recycling operations and leading high-performing teams. As the Managing Director of Opticircle Consulting Ltd., he has demonstrated expertise in cost reduction, business transformation, crisis management, and lean management.
Currently serving as the General Director of TML Plastic Mongolia, Frank is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and ensuring compliance with industry standards. At Swire Coca-Cola, he played a pivotal role in developing a strategy to integrate 30-50% recycled PET by 2030.
Frank is also a co-founder of the Mongolia Without Waste NGO, an organization dedicated to connecting sustainable NGOs with government entities and municipalities. His leadership at rPET facilities, such as Hong Kong's New Life Plastics, has been instrumental in supporting circular economy models, driving cost savings, and optimizing performance.

OUR MODERATOR
As the Chair of the "Sustainability & Energy" working group at EuroChamber Mongolia, Ms. Batzul Gerelsaikhan will host number of trainings and events in relations to sustainability and energy in Mongolia.
Batzul has over 12 years of international and local management experience spanning diverse industries. Currently, she serves as the Head of the Properties Department at Erel LLC, specializing in energy-efficient, affordable housing and precast construction. Additionally, she provides advisory services to Choijin Suites luxury serviced apartments; and holds strategic roles, including Board Member of EuroChamber Mongolia and Member of Mongolian Over-the-Counter (OTC) Markets's Registration Committee at MASD.
Batzul's career encompasses roles at PwC, SkyPath Partners, APIP Hong Kong, Vivar Resources Ltd., the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and various international board positions.
She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The working group (WG) is dedicated to advocate and bring together representatives from EuroChamber member organisations who want to learn, collaborate, promote and advance the sustainability (ESG) & energy agenda across all sectors in Mongolia
The Sustainability & Energy WG is chaired by Ms. Batzul Gerelsaikhan, Head of Properties Department at Erel Group, and co-chaired by Dr. Oliver Schnorr, Chairman of Sainshand Wind Park.
