This is a free event, a moment of contemplation and hope for our nation, a collaboration of the Urban Renewal Big Band and Witherspoon Presbyterian, with support from the Music Performance Trust Fund. Originally scheduled for June 19, this program was postponed because of the massive power outages throughout Marion County. We are presenting this program August 17, 2025. The program features Poet and historian, ManĂ³n Voice who discusses the meaning of Juneteenth, and the role of arts in the advance of social justice.Please be our guest at this special event. Music starts at 5:45. Program begins at 6PM.
