Even I can have too much of the eating bird that was first presented to King Henry VIIIth - and that a certain Mr Dickens did so much to promote the sales of!Once Boxing Day is over, we all get in that 'no man's land' between Christmas and New Year looking for something to do to alleviate the boredom. So how about bringing the family on a light-hearted guided tour of Rochester with me - local professional guide Shane Waterman - and discover some of the quirky, amusing and - sometimes - jaw dropping stuff all around the Rochester you 'think' you might know...
The tour is suitable for all ages, but children do need to have a certain stamina level as we'll be on our feet for about two hours. There's no marching involved - it's a gentle stroll! Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the route is accessible to all, so please message us if you like to find out if it's okay for you.
