Finally a mannequin that is an exact replica of your beautiful body, isn't it fantastic?
The gorgeous Classic Mimiquin is a full scale replica of your body with a traditional firm and pinnable surface. Formed from a precise 3D scan, these custom dressforms are made from sustainable and locally sourced materials, and come with the stand included so you'll have everything you need to start fitting your own garments as soon as you open the box.

We might also be lucky enough to have 2 of our customers there to caht to you about their scanning experience and who decided to purchase a mimiquin last time the ladies visited us. Pop down and have a chat to lesley and Ej.
From 12.30 - 1pm Our pattern cutting tutor - "karen Taylor - stitches" will be available to talk to you all about the wonderful clubs and workshops she holds at the shop and talk to you about her wonderful collection of patterns.
1.30 - 2pm is our dressmaking/ open workshop Tutor Gwen who will be telling you all about what goes on in our workspace to help you improve your dressmaking or get you started on the excitable journey to making garments for yourself or others.
And me Kay - Owner of fabric corner.....I will be there all day to help you, chat to you, about picking the right fabrics for your patterns and projects and helping you understand sizing and measurements.
Special fabric dressmaking deals available, special vintage one off bargains.... and lots more exciting things.
oh and of course the Craftea Cafe will be open too for lunch or coffee tea and the best handmade cakes and snacks.
