"Intro To Pierogi Making"

This is an interactive (and delicious!) learning experience which will transform persons of most ages (12 and above), of all culinary skill levels (0 to executive chef), into master pierogi makers in only 2 short hours!
To accomplish this feat, we will begin with a brief history of pierogi and then jump right into the tools and methods used in creating these mouth-watering Polish delights.
Once we have a solid foundation, we break out the aprons and rolling pins. That's when all the fun begins. Yep, we start making pierogi! On the average, each participant will go home with 1 to 2 dozen of their own hand-crafted pierogi. In all fairness though, we must tell you that we did have one our prior participants leave with only 1 pierogi …1 GIANT pierogi! Needless to say, his fiance wasn't nearly as amused as he was!
What pierogi making class would be complete without a pierogi tasting flight? A terrible one, obviously! Ours isn't terrible; it's exceptional! We will end our class with an exquisite tasting of various pierogi from Lost Village, ranging from the obvious & traditional to the
"Polish grandma rolling her eyes at you" end of the spectrum.
This is the perfect culinary class for singles, couples, friends, and families.
Every participant will leave with recipes, smiles, and memories; as well as a special parting gift from Lost Village Pierogi!
Many will enter as strangers, but most will leave as friends 🩵
