This program is open to everyone with prior experience with Authentic Movement. This will be a closed group.

1 trial session (only on 25/09/2024): 15€
What is Authentic Movement?
Authentic Movement is a meditative and expressive form of movement in a group setting. It involves moving and witnessing.
Moving with eyes closed, paying attention to internal sensations, impulses, and images, and allowing them to guide your movements.
Witnessing with presence and without judgment. This practice helps you connect deeply with your body and emotions, fostering self-awareness and personal growth, and opening the doors for your unconscious to manifest.
