"I Am More Than My Name" Author Event

Join us at Left on Read as we kick off National Black Children's Book Week with a special storytime and book signing featuring Wichita native Dr. Kamshia Childs and her inspiring children's book, I Am More Than My Name!

This engaging event will include a live reading, interactive Q&A session, and meet-and-greet photo opportunity with the author. Each $25 registration includes entry for three and one pre-signed copy of I Am More Than My Name.

As part of our “Buy a Book, Donate a Book” campaign, attendees can purchase an additional copy at 20% off to donate to a local school or community library, helping expand access to diverse children’s literature.
