About this Event
Healing is human.
For people who struggle with feeling not enough,
you are not alone.
There is a lot that can make us feel like we're not enough - not doing enough, not being enough - even when we are, in fact, highly productive or accomplished.
It's exhausting, feeling like we're always chasing, chasing, chasing.
Let's take a pause in the running.
Let's breathe deeply.
Let's connect in a place of kindness and compassion.
Let's tap into our love - that you easily extend towards others - and extend it to yourself.
You are enough.
Inhale love...
Exhale ease...
In this half-day wellness retreat, you will be guided through gentle journaling, meditation, movement, and art to release feelings of unworthiness or feelings of inadequacy, come back to love, and affirm your worth.
When we can come back to a place of "I am enough," we are better able to honor our boundaries and our needs and desires. We can make choices in our day to day lives that honor our well-being and allow us to create balance and harmony among our obligations, aspirations, rest, and health.
The guided journaling and group discussion will walk you through reflection to explore where your feelings of "not enough" come from, release the beliefs or narratives that are holding you back, and practice using your inner love and wisdom to affirm yourself and your worth.
From the guided journaling, you will create your personal affirmations book, which you can take home and keep on you for whenever you need a gentle reminder, "I am enough."
