A condominium board president tries to keep calm when a blizzard traps her and a group of her eclectic neighbors inside their downtown apartment building. But the snow outside may be nothing compared to the storm brewing within: in an effort to raise property values, the apartment owners may vote to ban renters, leaving some of the residents permanently out in the cold. ‘Hyenas’ asks, in these times of economic uncertainty, are we obligated to balance our financial stability with the needs of others?
