✍🏼 DESCRIPTION:
💃🏽 1) Rumba (solo dance): This time the Cuban Rumba includes two modalities: Guaguancó and Columbia. In this workshop we will go deep into the differences and history of each of them.
💃🏽 2/8/13) Salsa couple (couple dance): to work in couples, achieve fluidity, organic movements for both followers and leaders. Achieve a clean and beautiful style.
💃🏽 3) Son in couple (couple dance): traditional cuban Son, the mother of Salsa. It is elegant und you can apply this to your 💃🏽salsa styling.
💃🏽 4/9) Mini Show: For those who want to take their dance one step further, we will present a small show on Saturday night. Nothing complicated but a fun choreography that mixes everything you have learned. You are welcome to be part of this nice challenge.
💃🏽 5) Afro-Contemporary (solo dance): it mixes Afro-Cuban movements with contemporary dance, creating a powerful fusion that takes your body movements to another level.
💃🏽 6) Afro Palo Congo (solo dance): In this workshop we will work afro palo, a very dynamic and intensive dance full of power.
💃🏽 7) Lady Styling (solo dance): This is the perfect class for ladies to find their style, to give our dance a more authentic and feminine touch. In this workshop we will focus on body expression, arm work and body movement. Our goal will be to achieve a more stylized and attractive dance.
💃🏽 10) Son Footwork (solo dance): you can improve your Son skills and your styling in salsa solo.
💃🏽 11) Man Styling (solo dance): we show you a free way to dance that you can apply when you dance also in couple.
💃🏽 12) Salsa Fusion (solo dance): we fuse the elements that we have already worked on in the previous workshops such as: Afro Cuban and Rumba.
💃🏽 14) Reggaeton (solo dance): it is for you who like the more urban, a little sensuality and fire to finish this journey.
💃🏽 15) Cooldown: At the end we close with stretching and meditation, exercises to relax and to connect with yourself.
