Because this fat fish is good for your health. 🇳🇱 Dutch tradition dictates, that we have to eat herring 🐟 ”Hollandse Nieuwe" after celebrating Carnival.
We'd like to make it extra special. That’s why we are also grabbing some oysters from the fish market. 🦪 Enjoy this aphrodisiac, with a matching drink or a Dutch herring with a nice cold beer. Happy Herring Day to all!
