Welcome to Generational Wellness: A Women’s Forum and Family Health Fair! Join us at Kean University on March 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM for a day of empowerment and health education.
Our event aims to bring together women of all ages to discuss important topics related to women’s health from puberty to menopause. We will cover it all with various panel discussions including topics related to prenatal care and steps soon-to-be Moms can take to improve child delivery outcomes, how perimenopause and menopause impact women and how to manage thesymptoms and a class for the youth on
menstrual equity. In addition, we'll have a Family Health Fair where you can learn about keeping your loved ones healthy.

Info: This session is to education black women on recognizing signs of perimenopause and menopause, different therapies to support black women during this transition.

Session 3 - “Menstrual Equity: Period Poverty”
Info: This session is for 6th to 12th Graders ONLY (No Adults) with the goal to educate teenage girls and boys about menstrual equity and period poverty to reduce the stigma and engage the students in hands-on community service by assembling and donating period support kits.
