The 4 members of Little Grimley Amateur Dramatic Society are meeting to discuss their 5th production, an original play, written as usual, by their director, Gordon, to be staged when theatres reopen after lockdown. Plays need several important ingredients: a strong story line, a close-knit team of actors and most importantly a good reputation on which to build. Sadly, the group has none of these! But maybe Gordon’s latest, show-stopper take on a West End musical, will put the right number of bums on seats for the group to claim success.
