About this Event
Roxi and Sarah invite you to join them for an evening of social fun and relaxation.Olla Hiki Sauna will be parked on the land at Seaview Tipis, named one of Britain's best camping spots located near Bedruthan Steps, Cornwall.
Enjoy 180-degree sea views of the spectacular North Cornish coast as we spend the evening together, unwinding, socialising and recharging. Sarah will take us through a traditional sauna ceremony whilst we will take turns to allow Roxi to apply a home-made Ayurvedic herb scrub to our skin. This traditional herb scrub:
- Promotes skin health and complexion and reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Relieves dryness of the skin and itching caused by accumulation of waste products or impurities
Increases energy and digestive health
And leaves you feeling a balanced between invigorated and calm.
We'll absorb in the goodness of this scrub while enjoying a light supper, soaking in the atmosphere of our surroundings and chatting around the fire.Our evening will end with Roxi hosting a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Lullaby in one of the bell tents on the land. Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and your body, aiming to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. These practices are offered with the intention to soothe you on the deepest level leaving you feeling cleansed, calm and connected.
This event is suitable for nearly everyone, but do get in touch if you are pregnant, have a heart or hearing condition or epilepsy. This event is for people aged 16+. Please also get in touch if you have a dietary requirement outside of plant-based and gluten free.
