Join us for "FREEQUINOX" Yoga on the River! On Saturday, September 20, our lovely volunteer Laura will lead a FREE yoga flow on the River Deck to celebrate the upcoming fall equinox (officially on Monday, September 22).
*What is the fall equinox?
The fall equinox is an astronomical event that marks the beginning of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere. It occurs when the sun crosses the celestial equator, heading southward, and results in nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness at all latitudes.
This program is FREE, but we also appreciate any donations made toward our free programs. The class is capped at 25 participants, so PLEASE register ahead of time!

During this completely outdoor yoga class, your body and hands will be pressed against the ground, and we want to make sure you are comfortable. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. If temperatures are forecasted to be under 50 degrees, this program will be canceled and participants notified.
