Join us Friday, November 14, at 6 pm, at the Arthur Zankel Music Center for a celebration of our new publication Forms of Awakening: Tibetan Art from the Jack Shear Collection, a 320-page book of color images, scholarly essays, and installation views, that explores the rich possibilities of engagement with Tibetan Buddhist art. It celebrates a groundbreaking gift by Jack Shear to the museums at Vassar College, Williams College, and Skidmore College.This party precedes a performance at Zankel by Tenzin Choegyal and Attacca Quartet at 7:30 pm.
