"FLOWER MOON" is a celebration of the May 2024 full moon. Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves and making room for what does. This Moon is for motherhood, sisterhood, and friendship. What do you want to let go of? What do you want more of in your relationships?Each month in 2024, you'll have at least two opportunities to paint the full moon of the month. By the end of the year, you can have your own full moon calendar!
MINDFUL CREATIVITY CLASSES are similar to a sip-n-paint class but we ADD soul-centered exercises. The combination of activities is designed to connect the body, mind, and spirit, resulting in an improved sense of INNER BALANCE. Mindful Creativity classes are suitable for ALL LEVELS of artists and spiritual practitioners.
ALL SUPPLIES, including the canvas, paint, instruction, and the mindfulness activities ARE INCLUDED in the class price of $35 per student.
