"Flow Through Fall: Fire Cider and Yoga"Join us for a cozy and empowering seasonal wellness class where we’ll explore the tradition of Fire Cider, a warming tonic crafted with roots, herbs, and spices to support immunity and vitality through the colder months. Guided by the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), you’ll learn how each ingredient carries unique energetic properties—warming the body, moving stagnant Qi, supporting digestion, and strengthening your Wei Qi (defensive energy).
Together we’ll prepare a batch of Fire Cider you can take home, while also discussing how to align your body with the rhythms of autumn through diet, lifestyle, and seasonal practices. We will end with a grounding yoga practice to gently warm the body, open circulation, and connect with the energy of the season.
This workshop blends movement, hands-on herbal making, and practical TCM wisdom, offering tools to keep you resilient, grounded, and flowing with the season.
