About this Event
Program Description: Regular exercise and physical activity are a part of good health and well-being, and work in conjunction with good nutrition. Learn how to integrate healthy food and proper hydration into your fitness routine. Hence, get ready to stretch and strengthen your body with exercises that can be done easily at home or wherever you choose. We will actively practice simple fitness moves that you can incorporate into your lifestyle. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or sturdy closed-toe shoes. (Finally, you’ll get to observe a Recipe Demonstration that is nutritious and refreshing).
Cancellation Policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled, you will receive a notification confirmation to the email that is provided during the registration process.
