This unique Pitmaster class will excite your passion for grilling with the use of live fire! Your host Mel Chmilar Jr, from Dark Side of the Grill will create jealous recipes on the Big Green Egg and the La Piazza Santa Maria grills.
Demos will include:
1) Surf & Turf with Picanha Beef & Flame Grilled Lobster
2) Smoke Prime Rib
3) Competition Brisket made easy
4) Smokin' Yard Bird Chicken
**Students will get to try all food prepared by Mel though out the day as they are ready to serve. (Proteins will be accompanied by a side that pairs well with the meat.)
**Volunteers will be asked for throughout the day.
**Lots of opportunity to ask questions, and feel free to get autographs from Mel at the end of the session.**
**Beer and Coolers will be available for purchase.
**Bottled water will be included in your registration fee.
