About this Event
As we cross over the threshold of the Autumn Equinox - a point of balance between light and dark - we invite you to join us for an evening of restorative breathwork to help bring more balance into our own lives. Breathwork is a practice rooted in ancient traditions which has gained widespread recognition for its profound ability to calm the mind, reduce stress, control our immune system, and restore equilibrium.
During this informative and experiential gathering, Lyndsey Marriott from Bristol Breathwork will explain the science behind breathwork, guide us through techniques available, and invite us to experience functional and coherent breathing. Lyndsey is trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork and functional breathing and has explored many different healing approaches including; other types of breathwork, Network Spinal Analysis, Quantum Touch, TRE, holistic massage and Neuroaffective Touch, and the psychotherapeutic approaches of Gabor Maté, Janina Fisher and Deb Dana.
