"Feral Twilight," the artistic collaboration of Feral Iconography and Alien Twilight, celebrates the power of female identity and sexuality in the face of misogynistic "morality." Throughout Western culture, religion, and history women are cast as the weaker sex. Feral Twilight explores the fallacies in these traditions by celebrating women that embrace their sexuality, acknowledge their inner Goddess and willingly become the "seductive temptress" so often both desired and reviled by the supposedly superior male. We seek to interweave contrasting personal and cultural elements -- religion and sacrilege, morality and immorality, past and present -- to ultimately reveal the superior power of womanhood. We celebrate women who aren't afraid to live on the fringes of society and push boundaries, women who live to disrupt the patriarchy, women who refused to be defined by moral shame, women who choose to reveal their strength. For without the female nothing is possible, and for the woman who owns her power nothing is impossible.
