Jen will begin by guiding you to gently awaken your breath and voice through mindful movement and mantra—chanting sacred sound to clear and open the throat. From there, you’ll be led into a deeply immersive sound bath designed to release energetic blockages and amplify clarity, resonance, and authentic expression.
