Through a continuous flow of deep mouth breathing, you will gradually enter a Theta brainwave state. This state quiets the prefrontal cortex and diminishes the influence of limiting thoughts, allowing access to your subconscious realm.
By breathing deeply and consciously, we can increase the flow of oxygen and energy in our bodies, which can help to release physical and emotional blockages including trauma, limiting beliefs about yourself and pent up and stuck emotions.

I’m Nicola, I help you reclaim those fragments you have lost along the way, so that you can rediscover who you were before life dimmed your shine. I am a Breath Masters Certified Coach, 9D Verified Breathwork Facilitator, Life Coach, Reiki Therapist, Holder of Space, Forest Bather, Ice Bath Fan & Lover of all things Natural.
I'm Krystal, I am here to connect with beings of all ages to share my Unique Vibration with the World. I acknowledge that I have a role in the Collective Healing to help Raise the Vibration of Earth. It starts from Healing within, then sharing our Wisdom and Practices with others, near and far.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants. Please take note of the following details:
Refunds: Refunds are only available if you cancel your ticket more than 7 days prior to the event. However, please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, as they are separate charges incurred by the ticketing platform.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets cannot be transferred.
Waitlist: If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, we will make every effort to sell your ticket through our waitlist. However, we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be resold, and refunds in this case are not guaranteed.
Cost Consideration: Our cancellation policy reflects the advanced costs we incur when organising and staging each event. These costs include planning, advertising, food and drink arrangements, and supplies.
