After setting intentions, Jamie will take you on a meditative and soothing sound journey through the five sacred elements of nature- fire, earth, water, air, and ether- harmonizing your energetic vibration and restoring your lightness of being.
This is a calming, safe space for you to rest, journey inward, and receive the magical healing of the elements as the intentional frequencies and sacred sounds wash over and through you. This highly sensory, mesmerizing immersion will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, deeply relaxed, reconnected, and at peace.
Weighted eye pillows will be provided to all who attend.
