Join the California Native Garden Foundation in their beautiful ELSEE teaching garden and taste the beauty of California Native Plants!The California Native Garden Foundation is hosting the first of many fundraiser dinners at ELSEE, their beautiful teaching garden in the Shasta Hanchett neighborhood. Join us for a farmhouse-to-table dining experience!
Chef Matt Close will be making the delicious meal for our attendees.
Dinner will include a 6-selection mostly plant-based tasting menu, plus 2 glasses of wine. We will be serving California native edibles, perennial fruits and vegetables, super foods, nitrogen fixing, drought tolerant and other sustainable foods from our farm.
Each of our fundraising dinners will be unique, as they will be based on which plants we are harvesting at ELSEE, Hester Farm, and our Urban Growers Networks (UGN) partners’ farms.
Tickets are priced on a sliding scale:
Early bird tickets are available until June 21st: $70, $90, $110.
Late bird tickets are available after June 21st: $80, $100, $120.
Parking is available on the street or in the Las Cazuelas Restaurant parking lot.
After costs, all proceeds will go toward building capacity for CNGF and the purchase of our property at 76-80 Race St. Your contribution is tax deductible. CNGF is a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation.
