Over the course of the day, we will explore how self-care is not just a luxury, but a radical act of community care—enabling us to show up fully and authentically in our lives. Through guided reflections, collective conversation, and restorative practices, we will confront the pressures that push us to overextend ourselves and learn to honor our limits without guilt.

We’ll unpack the idea that the capacity of our “full” effort varies based on the stressors we carry—whether emotional, physical, or mental—and that this variation is not a weakness, but a natural ebb and flow. Together, we’ll explore how embracing rest, recalibrating expectations, and prioritizing sustainable well-being can enhance our capacity for meaningful engagement, both individually and within our communities.

Throughout the retreat, we’ll engage in mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices designed to release tension and cultivate deep relaxation.
