"Coping with Current Events"
There's no denying that life has gotten stressful. With election craziness, assassination attempts, wars, extreme weather causing people to lose their homes, an increase in sickness and deaths, more employees going on medical leave, the rise in the cost of everything, and more - your employees are stressed! How are you supporting them? Although you may have a meditation or yoga program in place, there's more you can do. That's where this training comes in to support them and you. And even though, the general rule is keep "personal problems" out of the workplace, there's soo many current events that are affecting your employees' everyday lives, there's going to be a bleed-through. Your employees are struggling. And whether you notice the signs or not, they need tools and techniques on how to cope. This is an interactive training where your employees will be "allowed" to briefly share what is stressing them out about current events and their personal lives and will then be guided through a pro-active technique on how to process their emotions. They will also learn the tools on how to move out of sadness, frustration, anger and overwhelm and start knowing the steps to take in order to create positive change in their lives, becoming more resilient and confident in dealing with life's stresses. For your workplace, this will naturally increase productivity, profitability and peace. Going unchecked, you can expect your workplace to get just as chaotic as the outside world, where your company will experience an increase in turnover, "quiet quitting," more errors and mistakes, unexpected employee "blow ups" and more. Give your employees the tools and support now before the insanity of the outside world creates more overwhelm and stress.
