• The second session of the day will be live matches with collaborative, individualized feedback from coaches on your techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Info: We will focus on proper form of the basics necessary for good sumo. As a group, we will step through conditioning exercises that will build the muscles and flexibility for sumo wrestlers. Content covered will encompass USSF yellow belt-level topics.

Info: Anyone who wishes to participate in matches will have the opportunity to receive collaborative coaching feedback on their form, techniques, and strategies in the ring based on their chosen style of sumo.
