Then this workshop is for you!In this 2 hour CHAIR DANCE workshop we will start with a thorough warm up; after which I will guide you through a fun, dynamic and powerful dance routine to Demi Lovato "CONFIDENT" - using the chair as a prop.
My teaching style is calm & patient and involves a lot of repetition with detailed step by step instruction to ensure it's suitable for beginners and everyone feels safe and confident in the movements.
We will focus on really feeling the energy of the song and connecting to your inner confidence and power, so that by the end of the 2 hours, you have not only learnt a great routine but are feeling like the female boss you are! 💪❤️🔥
