First I want to take the opportunity to “Thank You” for your potential donation in sponsoring our “Chef In The Community” campaign.
My name is Gabriella Terry and I am the owner of Chefella’s Catering & Event Planning in Clayton, NC. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management. Feeding people is what I do and brings me so much joy!
This year I am starting a “Give Back” component of my business called, “Chef In The Community”. To launch the campaign I choose to sponsor a birthday party for those less fortunate!
This year on June 14th will be my 30th birthday! I thought to myself … how many homeless people are on the streets and something I look forward to each year like my birthday, to them is just another day. No one to bring them gifts. No one to feed them. No one to show them love.
This year I want to celebrate my birthday by giving back and feeding those less fortunate as well as having a birthday celebration for them! Homeless increases each year by 8% with over 6,000 people seeking homeless services. We would like to do these events each quarter to reach as many people as we can! We are kicking off the campaign in the largest city closest to Clayton which is called Raleigh! This event will take place in Raleigh, NC on June 13, 2021 across the street from Beasley’s Chicken and Honey at 2 pm! We would love for you to attend as well and give back to the community! We are seeking donation to fund the food, personal hygiene/ sanitation items and bibles. In addition to feeding those less fortunate, we are going to be playing music, having speakers, balloons, cake and more to celebrate all the birthday they feel may have be long forgotten due to being on the streets!
Any donations are appreciated! Upon receipt of your donation, a donation letter will be emailed to you for tax purposes.
