"Charmed" starts by weaving a woven, filled base. Techniques include filling a base twining, the use of overlays and using shaker tape for a handle. This basket is lashed three times, two with reed and once with waxed linen. The charm is handmade with wire and beads, so they may vary a bit. This is a cute basket for use anywhere in your home!Dress for a mess - Toolboxes are provided for each student!
Bonnie Rideout is a full time basket weaving teacher from Decatur, IL who travels the united states to teach! She especially enjoys seeing new weaver complete their first basket!
Class Fee $50.00 per person - all materials provided
