About this Event
This breathing workshop will be led by certified breath coach Shereen Yusuff ObSB (certified in Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Method) who is a convert; and Legionary priest Fr. Andreas Kramarz LC, Ph.D.
Over 3 days, breathwork, prayer, and anthropology will be blended to deepen your connection with God. Shereen will guide participants in using breath to cultivate stillness and to access the heart physically and spiritually, while Fr. Andreas will offer reflections on the heart as the integral center of the person.

Dates : April 4th (5:00 PM) - April 6th (1:00 PM), 2025
Registration / Meet and Greet will be from 5 - 6 pm on April 4, 2025
Mass will follow at 6 pm on April 4th, 2025, followed by talks by Fr. Lino Otero LC(DMU) and Fr. Andreas Kramarz LC. We will end the evening with a short breathing class.
There will be Holy Mass on all 3 days of the workshop. There will also be time for spiritual direction, confession and adoration.
