The hypnotic sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments will be followed by one of the simplest yet most powerful tools we have—soft breathwork—to calm the nervous system and expand awareness. This is your chance to connect deeply with yourself, release stress, and refresh your body and mind with positive energy.
Spaces are limited, so we highly recommend registering in advance.
The event takes place on a private property.
Bring your yoga mat; we have plenty of pillows, though you are welcome to bring your favorite. Don’t forget a water bottle.
Doors open at 6:30 PM—please arrive a little early to park and settle in.
