Guests will taste wines in each of the following categories, completely blind (bagged and numbered), across three structured tiers:
Participants will receive three stacked tasting mats (one per tier) and a single set of stemware. Each wine will be poured and numbered ahead of time, allowing guests to take organized notes throughout.
