Bruno Cuevas is the current US/Mexico Human Resources Director at Kirkhill, Inc. Bruno's leadership has been pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that Kirkhill attracts and retains top talent in the aerospace industry. With over 600 employees, Kirkhill designs, manufactures, and markets highly engineered elastomer products for commercial, military, and business aircraft, as well as missiles, space launchers, and satellites. Their customers include Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, General Electric, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and Collins Aerospace.

Tina Rupp specializes in utilizing Labor Market Data, Tools & Analytics to provide engineering services and talent solutions. She oversees strategic business development in the Northwest and Southwest Regions. Her role involves providing engineering professionals, along with flexible workforce solutions, to help Aerospace & Defense Clients work through their workforce challenges. She has worked with Aerospace companies like General Atomics, Terran Orbital, and Supernal.

Yajaira Rose-Smith has proficiency in building innovative Human Resources, DEI, and Talent strategies to drive change and performance within the aerospace industry. She’s a proven thought leader and transformational change agent, recognized for a strategic approach and deep commitment to inclusion and diversity within a publicly traded environment.
