Come join us at The Rainbow SD for a transformative experience as we dive into our heart chakra, the bridge between body and soul, to reclaim our inherent, ancestral joy.
What you'll be guided to experience:
- You will annoint key points on your body with and ingest herbal infusions, intended to soften the body and enable you to listen to the subtle wisdom of the heart.
- The language of the heart will be activated and made tangible through the use of vibration/healing bowls/ and vocalizations.
- You will move your body through curated somatic movements that will enable the frequency of the heart to move generational pain that lives static in the body.
- Finally, you 'll be guided through easy, enjoyable, sensual movements that celebrate your body, your heart's wisdom, and allow ancestral joy to course through you.
Suggestions for attendees:
To encourage the release of generational pain and embracing ancestral joy, we'd like you to consider inviting a relative (mother, grandmother, sister, daughter,etc.) that you'd like to embark on this journey with.
This ceremony will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected to the depths of your tru power: your rootedness in divinity and ancestral wisdom.
