Enjoy new music celebrating the season by local composers. Presented by Norfolk Arts grantee, The Norfolk Chamber Consort as part of their 57th season. Arrive early for a conversation with the performers at 7:15pm. Pre-concert discussion lead by Andrey Kasparov, the Consort's Artistic Co-Director commences at 7:15pm. You may also chat with the performers after the concert.Incredibly varied and unique program includes a wide array of genres and forms, from Pop to Electronic. The program, listed below, includes two world premieres, by Thomas Joseph and Christopher Cook.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Make plans to stop in The Gallery at The Attucks before the performance to view the Norfolk Arts "Black Voices & Visions" exhibition. Free and open to the public. All ages welcome.
